We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your scheduled session to request a refund or reschedule.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your session must not have been attended or utilized. Please provide your booking confirmation and proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your booking confirmation and contact us immediately if there is an issue, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of services cannot be refunded, such as custom fitness plans or specialized personal training sessions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific booking. We cannot accept returns on discounted packages or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a cancellation and then book a new session. Once the return is accepted, make a separate booking for the new session.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the service is being booked from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your booking within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your session must not have been attended or utilized. Please provide your booking confirmation and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
